1. Services and subscriptions

Geek247 provides remote and onsite technology support, managed IT support, cybersecurity guidance, backup support and related services. Subscription packages include only the limits, response targets and benefits published on the active package page at the time of checkout.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing and technical information, maintain lawful access to systems presented for support, keep required software licences current, and ensure that Geek247 is authorised to access any account, device or network involved in a support request.

3. Remote access and data

Remote support requires customer consent for each session. Customers should close confidential documents and remove unnecessary personal information before access is granted. Geek247 may keep limited support notes needed to deliver service, maintain security and resolve disputes.

4. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Subscription payments are processed by Paystack. Fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Customers may cancel future renewals by contacting Geek247 before the next billing date. Already-paid subscription periods are not automatically refundable unless required by law or agreed in writing.

5. Exclusions

Package fees exclude hardware, replacement parts, software licences, internet service provider charges, third-party vendor fees, data recovery lab fees, travel outside covered areas and project work not listed in the selected package. Out-of-scope work will be quoted separately.

6. Liability and disputes

Geek247 will use reasonable skill and care, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted systems, successful data recovery, malware removal in every case, or third-party platform availability. Disputes should first be raised with Geek247 for good-faith resolution before either party escalates available legal remedies.

7. Contact

Requests can be sent to hello@geek247.co.za. Geek247 may request reasonable proof of identity or authority before actioning account, privacy, support or billing requests.
These documents are operational contract templates for Geek247 services. They should be reviewed by a South African legal professional before being relied on as final legal advice.
