Who handles your information
Geek247 is a brand of Continuate IT Services (Pty) Ltd. We use the information you provide to arrange technology support, maintain device and service records, prepare quotes, process billing and communicate about your requests.
Information we collect
This can include your name, email, optional phone and business details, service addresses, device information, problem descriptions, job attachments, quotes, invoices and payment references. Account passwords are hashed. General job notes must never contain your device passwords.
Access and service providers
Your account information is limited to you and staff who need it to provide or manage the service. Payment and email providers receive the information needed for their functions when those integrations are enabled. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in.
Your choices
You can update your profile, download your account data and request account deletion from Account Settings. Deletion requests are reviewed for outstanding services and records that need to be retained. For correction or access questions, create a support request.
Retention and security
Service and billing records are retained for operational and applicable record-keeping needs. Access restrictions, encrypted connections, password hashing and private attachment handling help protect your information. Uploads are unavailable for download until they pass malware scanning.
These initial service notices will be supplemented with the company’s confirmed contact, retention and commercial policy details.
