Geek247 may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing references, support requests, device and network information, remote-session notes, subscription selections, account security information and website session data needed to operate the service.

Information is used to provide support, manage subscriptions, process payments, communicate with customers, maintain security, meet legal obligations, improve service quality and handle disputes or support history.

Paystack processes payment card and transaction information. Geek247 stores payment references, package selections and transaction status, but does not store full payment card details.

Geek247 may share limited information with hosting providers, payment processors, remote support tools, security tools, email providers and other operators needed to deliver the service. Operators should only process information for agreed service purposes.

Geek247 keeps personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for support, billing, security, recordkeeping and legal purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, including access controls, HTTPS, database access controls and two-factor authentication for administrative access.

Customers may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of their personal information where applicable. Geek247 may retain information where required for billing, legal, security or dispute purposes.
