With your permission, we set up health monitoring on compatible computers, investigate device warnings and arrange supported updates and routine maintenance around your household.
We assess your routers, switches and access points during onboarding. On compatible, configured equipment, connectivity checks and alerts help us investigate recurring interruptions.
If the fault belongs with your internet or another service provider, we help gather diagnostics, log or escalate it with your permission, track the fault reference and follow up with you.
Get help with safer settings, suspicious messages, passwords and multi-factor authentication. We explain the steps in plain language. Paid security software and specialist incident recovery are quoted separately.
Keep your devices, support requests, bookings and updates in My Geek247. When a problem comes back, there is a history to work from—not a whole story to start again.
Monitoring starts after onboarding and permission—not simply after payment. Devices need to be compatible, powered on and connected. Network monitoring may require an always-on monitoring device and approved router access. We explain what can be monitored before setting it up.
The buyer manages payments. The recipient accepts a private gift link using their own account and email address. Paying for their plan does not give you access to their files, passwords, devices or private support conversations.
Yes. Each gift is a separate purchase for one recipient household. You can manage the plans you pay for in your account. The recipient can have one active household benefit at a time; contact us before buying an overlapping gift.
Support is available during 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with sessions arranged around technician availability. Unlimited describes included remote requests, not guaranteed instant responses.
Remote access needs a working connection. We can guide basic checks and help escalate a provider fault. An onsite visit or replacement equipment may be needed and is quoted separately.
No. Quarterly, six-month and twelve-month gifts are one-off purchases. Coverage ends after the paid period unless a new purchase is made. Monthly plans renew on the buyer’s card until cancelled.
No. Monitoring capabilities depend on the device, operating system, network setup and permissions. We assess compatibility during onboarding. A registered device is not automatically enrolled in monitoring.
No. Accepting a gift does not share your customer account. The buyer sees their own billing and whether the gift has been accepted, not your private support history.
